Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on zk567. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed immediately and any balances or pending withdrawals within those accounts may be forfeited. You may request closure of your zk567 account at any time by contacting our support team. If your account holds a withdrawable balance, this will be processed to your registered payment method before closure, subject to standard verification requirements. zk567 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
All deposits to zk567 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Deposits are accepted via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Deposits via most methods reflect in your zk567 balance within seconds.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another player or using payment methods belonging to a third party is not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
zk567 operates exclusively in PKR. There is no currency conversion involved in any deposit or withdrawal transaction on the platform. The amount you see in your zk567 balance is the exact amount in rupees available for wagering or withdrawal — there are no hidden exchange rate deductions.
Default deposit limits apply to all accounts. Players may apply for increased limits via their account settings or by contacting support. VIP Club members from Gold tier onward may be eligible for elevated default deposit limits. We also offer deposit limit reduction tools as part of our Responsible Gaming commitment — these can be set to daily, weekly or monthly caps and take effect immediately.
Withdrawal requests at zk567 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. There is no minimum withdrawal amount designed to trap small balances — you may withdraw any withdrawable PKR balance at any time. However, please note that bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The withdrawal interface on your zk567 account will clearly display your withdrawable balance separately from any locked bonus balance.
For first withdrawals, or any withdrawal that exceeds the standard threshold, zk567 may request identity verification documents. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement. We aim to complete verification reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Providing false or misleading documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
zk567 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multiple account usage, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify the player and request any additional information required to resolve the matter. Genuine withdrawal requests from verified, compliant accounts are not declined.
All bonuses and promotional offers available on zk567 are subject to specific terms at the point of offer. These terms include, but are not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of bonus amount or bonus plus deposit), eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be met.
Most bonuses at zk567 carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount that must be bet before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games are always clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
The following activities are classified as bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited on zk567: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; using any external software or coordinated approach to exploit a bonus structure in a way that is not consistent with normal gameplay. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and associated winnings may also be removed.
All bonuses at zk567 have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus — and any winnings generated from it — will be forfeited automatically. The remaining real-money balance in your account is unaffected by bonus expiry.
All games available on zk567 — including sports betting, casino games, poker, roulette, crash games and live dealer products — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, as displayed within the game interface. These rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail for matters directly relating to gameplay outcomes.
zk567 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet placed on the platform. This includes bets placed as a result of a technical error, bets placed on incorrect odds arising from a pricing error, or bets that are identified as forming part of a coordinated manipulation attempt. Where a bet is cancelled due to a pricing error, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full.
For sports betting, all markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. zk567 applies standard settlement rules for cricket, football and other sports as published in the sports-specific rules section of the platform. Void markets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned). In-play betting is offered subject to the real-time availability of reliable data feeds — zk567 is not responsible for delays in in-play market updates caused by data provider outages.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome — such as a disconnection during a live casino round, a software crash in a slot game, or a data feed error in a sports market — zk567 will investigate and apply a fair resolution based on game logs. Where it is not possible to determine the correct outcome, the stake will be returned. The same principle applies to Aviator and other crash games where a provably fair seed can confirm whether the round was completed correctly.
The zk567 VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is automatic and based on accumulated VIP points earned from real-money wagering across all eligible zk567 games. The points required to reach each tier and the benefits associated with each tier are published on the VIP Club page and are subject to periodic revision.
Rakeback earned through VIP tier status is credited as withdrawable PKR, subject to any terms stated at the point of credit. VIP benefits — including personal account managers, cashback offers and elevated withdrawal limits — are provided at zk567's discretion and may be adjusted, enhanced or reduced as part of periodic programme reviews. VIP status cannot be transferred between accounts. If a VIP account is closed or suspended for breach of these Terms, VIP benefits are forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk567 will not be liable for: any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. In all cases, zk567's maximum liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. If you believe zk567 has handled a transaction, settlement or account action incorrectly, please raise a formal complaint through the process described in Section 15.
zk567 collects and processes personal data in connection with your registration, use of the platform and financial transactions. By registering with zk567, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain data for defined periods.
zk567 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, payment terms, bonus structures or fair play rules — we will provide at least 7 days notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect.
